We founded KiddoStore with one purpose: to offer a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We do business based on these same values and we know that the better our service, the more loyal our customers will be. Store policies are detailed below. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

- Kiddo store accepts exchanges or returns of parts within 20 days with invoice.

- We do not accept exchanges or returns without invoice.

- The return is made for a voucher to be used in the store valid for two years after we receive the piece.

- Shipping costs for return are the buyer's charge.

- We accept exchanges of value equal to or greater than the invoice.

Processing time: 3/6 working days

Delivery time:

- Portugal - 5/10 working days

- Europe - 10/12 working days

- U.S - 12/22 working days

- Rest of the world - 15/30 working days

Our transport is done by an international carrier.

We will arrange a tracking number as soon as it is shipped.
